A high-voltage output buffer circuit of a high-speed transmission system is provided to improve an operating speed and signal reliability by outputting a signal having a fast speed and a high level. A differential switching circuit(30) includes a first and second NMOS(Negative Metal Oxide Semiconductor) transistors having a high-voltage gate oxide layer and outputs a first and second output signals as a differential pair by differential-switching automatically a first and second input signals as a differential pair. An equalizer(40) is formed between the first and second NMOS transistors of the differential switching circuit in order to adjust a bandwidth of the first and second output signals. The differential switching circuit is used in a multi-power system using a high voltage and a low voltage.
