A building finishing composition is provided to form micropores on a construction plane and prevent a dew condensation phenomenon on an inner wall of a building due to a continuous exothermic state caused by vibrations among particles. A building finishing composition is applied onto the surface of a building to form a coating layer, and comprises 30-50wt.%of feldspar powder, 10-30wt.%of a siliceous inorganic binder, 1-5wt.%of a water-soluble binder, and 30-50wt.%of water. The feldspar powder has a particle size of 350-500 mesh. The composition further comprises 0.1-1wt.%of tourmaline. The feldspar powder is obtained by performing a plastic work at 600-800 °C for 1-2 hours, followed by a rapid cooling at a low temperature of 0-5 °C.
