ORGANIC ELECTRO-LUMINESCENCE DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

An organic electro-luminescence display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to decrease the number of manufacturing steps by forming a gate pad contact electrode and a data pad contact electrode on the same layer. A TFT(Thin Film Transistor)(Tr) is formed on a first substrate(100). A protective film is formed on an overall surface of the first surface. A connection electrode is electrically connected to the TFT on the protective film. A gate pad contact electrode(105b) and a data pad contact electrode(106a) are positioned on an edge portion of the first substrate and connected to an external circuit portion. A second substrate(200) is arranged to be apart from the first substrate. An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode)(E) is formed on the second substrate and electrically connected to the TFT. The connection electrode(104), the gate pad contact electrode, and the data pad contact electrode are made of the same material on the same electrode.
