A method for preparing a composite food containing whole grain, and a composite food containing whole grain prepared by the method are provided to improve nutrient, to reduce fat and oil and to enhance the amount of dietary fiber. A method for preparing a composite food containing whole grain comprises the steps of boiling whole grain cereal particles in the presence of water to prepare the gelatinized whole grain cereal particles, and mixing the whole grain cereal particles with a food component selected from the group consisting of starch, whole grain powder, optionally a fermenting agent and the vegetables or fruits effective for making paste, thereby preparing paste; separating the paste into parts; and baking or frying the paste unit. |
