A JTAG(Joint Test Action Group) connection device and a mobile terminal using the same are provided to freely perform debugging by providing an input/output connector having a JTAG port connector function to the controller of the mobile terminal. A JTAG connection device(100) comprises a control part(130), an input/output connector(110), and an analog switch(120). The control part(130) comprises a USB(Universal Serial Bus) port(131) and a JTAG port(133). The input/output connector(110) comprises an external signal receiving part(115) to which the first logical level signal or the second logical level signal is inputted. The analog switch(120), connected between the control part(130) and the input/output connector(110), is connected to the USB port(131) or the JTAG port(133) as the first logical level signal or the second logical level signal is inputted from the input/output connector(110).
