An organic electro-luminescence display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent an OLED from being damaged by removing a binder before a sealing process. An organic electro-luminescence display device includes first and second substrates, a TFT(Thin Film Transistor)(Tr), an OLED(E), and a sealant(300). The first substrate(100) and the second substrate are arranged to be apart from each other by a constant distance. The TFT is formed on the first substrate. The OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) is formed on the second substrate. The sealant is formed on edge portions of the first and second substrates. The sealant encloses the OLED. The sealant is made of a frit glass. A protective film is arranged in front of the first substrate. The protective film is made of an inorganic insulation film with a high refractory property.
