摘要 <p>A method for preparing carbon nanotubes is provided to simplify the entire process by performing a catalyst production process and a carbon nanotube synthesis process together, and produce carbon nanotubes having a uniform quality. A method for preparing carbon nanotubes includes the steps of: loading a liquid-phase catalyst precursor on a boat(121) inside a thermal chemical vapor deposition apparatus, and then burning the precursor at 500-600 °C under an inert gas atmosphere; raising an internal temperature of the thermal chemical vapor deposition apparatus to 600-1000 °C, and feeding oxygen gas to perform calcination at the predetermined temperature; and supplying a gas-phase carbon source, H2 gas, and inert gas to the thermal chemical vapor deposition apparatus to prepare carbon nanotubes while keeping the internal temperature of the thermal chemical vapor deposition apparatus at the temperature equal to the temperature of the calcination step. Further, the liquid-phase catalyst precursor is a metal catalyst precursor selected from Fe, Fe-Mo, Co, Co-Mo and Fe-Ni by sol-gel method, sedimentation method or burning method.</p>
