BACK LIGHT UNIT AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY MODULE USING THEREOF

A back light unit for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and an LCD module using the same are provided to integrate RGB(Red, Green and Blue) LEDs(Light Emitting Diodes) into one LED cluster, thereby providing superior characteristics in color mixing and providing a thin LCD by removing the necessity to ensure a large mixing area. Plural LED clusters(124) are configured with LEDs emitting RGB light and arranged at constant intervals. A mixing plate(130) is interposed in an upper part of the LED cluster so as to form a mixing area. In both sides of the mixing plate, pyramid pattern and embossing patterns are respectively formed. A diffuser plate(132) and plural optical sheets(134) are interposed in an upper part of the mixing plate.
