<p>An aqueous suspension concentrate comprises N-(triazolocarbonyl-3-thienyl sulfonamide as an herbicidally active compound in suspended form, N-(2-methoxybenzoyl)-2-(4-carboxamidophenyl)sulfonamide as a safener, optionally benzoyl derivative as an herbicidally active compound, dispersants and water. An aqueous suspension concentrate comprises N-(triazolocarbonyl-3-thienyl sulfonamide of formula (I) as an herbicidally active compound in suspended form, N-(2-methoxybenzoyl)-2-(4-carboxamidophenyl)sulfonamide of formula (II) as a safener, optionally benzoyl derivative of formula (III) as an herbicidally active compound, dispersants and water. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) an herbicidal composition comprising the compounds (I) - (III), except for combinations of thiencarbazone-methyl, cyprosulfamide and tembotrione; thiencarbazone-methyl, cyprosulfamide and isoxaflutole; or thiencarbazone-methyl, cyprosulfamide and pyrasulfotole; and (2) an herbicidal composition is obtainable by diluting the suspension concentrate or the herbicidal composition with water or an aqueous solution of fertilizers. An aqueous suspension concentration comprising 4-[(3-methoxy-4-methyl-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-[1,2,4]triazole-1-carbonyl)-sulfamoyl]-5-methyl-thiophene-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester, N-cyclopropyl-4-(2-methoxy-benzoylsulfamoyl)-benzamide, 5-cyclopropyl-4-(2-methanesulfonyl-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-isoxazole, Dispergon LFH (RTM: tristyrylphenol polyethylene glycol phosphoric ester), AL 2575 (RTM: alkyl polyglucoside), water, propylene glycol, Proxel GXL (RTM: sodium salt of 1,3-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one), Rhodorsil 416 (RTM: defoamer based on polydimethylsiloxane) and Aerosil 200 (RTM: silicon dioxide), was prepared. Seeds of monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds and crop plants were placed in sandy loam in wood fiber pots or in plastic pots, covered with soil and grown in the greenhouse, during the vegetation period also outdoors outside of the greenhouse, under good growth conditions. 2 - 3 Weeks after sowing, the test plants, that were in the 1 - 3-leaf stage, were treated. The aqueous suspension concentrate was sprayed onto the plants (test) and the soil surface in various dosages at a water application rate of 300 I/ha, with addition of wetting agent (0.2 - 0.3%). 3 - 4 Weeks after the treatment of the test plants, the effect of the preparations was measured. Plants that were not treated with the concentrates were referred as control plants. The test plant showed 100% herbicidal activity whereas the control showed 0% herbicidal activity.
