The system (1) has a supporting plate (8) provided for a mobile computer (2) e.g. laptop. Two belt rollers (12) exhibit a shoulder belt (14), where the belt rollers are detachably arranged at the supporting plate. The supporting plate is designed from plastic e.g. carbon fiber reinforced plastic. The shoulder belt is prestressed by force of a spring unit in direction of the belt roller and is sectionally rollable in the speing unit. The shoulder belt is lockable by a locking device of the belt roller.
