An apparatus for measuring flicker, a system for testing an LCD, and a method for tuning flicker of an LCD are provided to obtain flicker values of respective display regions of the LCD, thereby facilitating the tuning of flicker. A voltage supply part(230) supplies a test common voltage to a plurality of display regions(A-H) of an LCD(100), which is to be tested. A flicker measuring part scans the display regions to provide flicker values of respective display regions. The flicker measuring part includes a scanning unit(262) for scanning the display regions, sensing the brightness degrees of the display regions, and outputting measurement signals corresponding to the brightness degrees, a computing unit(264) for receiving the measurement signals to compute the flicker values for the display regions, and a displaying unit(266) for displaying the flicker values according to the display regions. |
