An organic electro-luminescence display device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to absorb gas and moisture by forming an absorbent on the interface between upper and lower plates and a sealant, thereby preventing the deterioration of an organic light emitting layer. An organic electro-luminescence display device includes a first substrate(100), a second substrate(200), a sealant(300), and absorbents(170,270). The first substrate has a sub pixel driving unit array. The second substrate has an organic light emitting diode array. The sealant bonds the first and second substrates. The surfaces of the first and second substrates, which are bonded with the sealant, are rough. The absorbents are formed on the surfaces of the first and second substrates, which are bonded with the sealant, to absorb moisture and gas. |
