A manufacturing apparatus of frames for windows and doors is provided to manufacture the frames for windows and doors more conveniently and increase economic efficiency by optionally applying a physical pressure to a portion of a product to be bent using pinch roll sets and forming roll sets capable of freely moving panels of the frames for windows and doors. A manufacturing apparatus of frames for windows and doors comprises: a punching machine(10) for partially punching a V-cut panel to chamfer the V-cut panel; a leveler(20) including rollers for pressing top and bottom parts of the panel to increase flatness of the panel; a plurality pairs of pinch roll sets(30) which comprise active upper and lower pinch rollers for forcibly transferring the panel, and which are disposed in a straight line in a predetermined distance to enable the panel to be continuously transferred to various forming sections; a plurality pairs of forming roll sets(40) which comprise passive rotary forming rollers disposed in a predetermined distance in forming sections between the pinch roll sets without receiving an external power, and which optionally bend the panel by applying a predetermined pressure to a portion of the V-cut part of the panel to be bent that is transferred through the pinch rolls; electric powered motors connected to the pinch roll sets by chains to transmit a rotary power to the pinch roll sets; upper and lower and left and right correcting rollers for correcting upper and lower and left and right faces of a formed panel; a cutter(70) for cutting the corrected panel; and a controller(80) for controlling operations of the pinch roll sets and vertical and horizontal movements of the forming roll sets to bend desired portions of the panel at desired pressing pressures.
