A ventilator is provided to fix the ventilator at a ceiling and a wall surface by using tightening protrusions and engaging pieces rotated and moving up and down by first screws to install the ventilator easily, and prevent the engaging pieces from being engaged by an installation hole when the ventilator is inserted into the installation hole slantingly. A case(10) includes a suction port for sucking in room air and an exhaust port(11) for exhausting sucked room air. One or more second screws are mounted at a bottom of the case. One or more engaging pieces(30) have screw holes to be coupled with the second screws. The engaging pieces are combined with the second screws to be mounted at the bottom of the case. Each engaging piece is protruded at a side of the case, rotating at an angle of 30 to 180 degrees in a horizontal direction with the second screw as a rotary shaft to support the outside of an edge part of an installation hole.
