PORTAL SYSTEM FOR WLB MANAGEMENT AND OPERATING METHOD USING THE SAME

A WLB management portal system and an operating method thereof are provided to perform a task according to the establishment of a WLB load map for a successful execution through an evaluation of the load map. A homepage of a WLB management portal system(100) is constructed to select a portal service which is able to perform a registration, a correction, an inquiry and calculations of a happiness index and a leadership evaluation index, by connecting to the network through the terminals. A main view of the homepage comprises a target task select part for selecting a plurality of target tasks and services, a WLB level evaluation graph part and a recent working situation part.
