An instantaneous lighting system of a fluorescent lamp is provided to change a glow lighting method into an electronic lighting method without applying any process to the existing lamp using the glow lighting method. An instantaneous lighting system of a fluorescent lamp performs instantaneous lighting by using a lighting device composed of a non-linear condenser and a semiconductor switch. The lighting device is made into a hybrid IC(Integrated Circuit) by a substrate nearly parallel to the planar non-linear condenser, has a small size to be received in a case with the same size as a conventional glow starter, and has the compatibility with a conventional socket for the glow starter. A connection unit which is electrically and mechanically connected to the socket for the glow starter is installed in the case. |
