An order processing method using a communication network and an apparatus thereof are provided to achieve a systematic order system by ordering through the communication network without communicating directly with workers. A database of business office information is created. A business office information request message is received from a mobile terminal device of an orderer recognizing an auxiliary ordering tag(S115). A service item information is read out by responding to the business offices information request message(S120). A business office transmission message is created(S125), and transmitted to the mobile terminal(S130). And an ordering information transmission message is transmitted to a display device(S145,S150).
