The device (1) has a borehole (15) arranged before a recess (16) of a disc-shaped turning part (7). The disc-shaped turning part rotates initially against a traction direction of a grab handle (4) during the pressing of the turning part on a ring e.g. buoy ring, as well as during the pulling-on of the grab handle, after the insertion of the ring into the recess of the turning part, where a rope partially surrounds the ring. The recess releases the ring during the further pulling-on of the grab handle.
