A system and a method of an e-mail service is provided to a user to transmit an e-mail to an opponent by using a name or an alias name only even when the user does not know an e-mail address of the opponent. A first database(110) stores user information including a name and an alias name. A web server(130) offers a web page for inputting the user information. A mail server(100) receives at least one item as an address to transmit the e-mail to an opponent which is same to the user information. A second database(120) stores information which is created when transmitting the e-mail. |
