An actuator includes an internal driver tube (4), which lower end is connected with the output shaft of a drive unit (2) and it is rotably arranged in ball bearings or the like in the lower end of the sleeve screw (9). External drive tube (6) is connected by through the longitudinal inlet connection (7) with the upper end of the internal drive unit (4). The sleeve screw (9) is situated in the space between internal (4) and external drive tube (6), connected by the lower end to the bottom board (1) and by the upper end guides internal drive tube (4). The pivot screw (11) is inside the internal drive tube (4), connected by the upper end with the actuator head (12), said pivot screw (11) being secured against the rotary movement. The pivot screw (11) and the sleeve screw (9) contain the contrary threads and are coupled by the lower nut (8) and the upper nut (10) both mounted at the ends of the external drive tube (6).
