A method and an apparatus for redirecting based on TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) are provided to enable central management and distributed processing by allowing a user to access a wanted server regardless of a physical network configuration. An apparatus(120) for redirecting based on TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) includes a communication processing unit(210) and a redirecting unit(220). The communication processing unit receives first traffic information converted by a transmitter terminal, and transmits second traffic information including a destination IP address and a destination port number so as to connect the transmitter terminal and a destination server. The redirecting unit changes an IP address and a port number, included in the first traffic information, into the destination IP address and the destination port number according to a mapping table when receiving the first traffic information from the transmitter terminal.
