A board connector (18) is in the form which surrounds an output terminal (70) with a plastic housing (60). The output terminal (70) surrounded by the plastic housing (60) can suppress a leakage from the output terminal (70). In addition, the output terminal (70) is disposed in a position biased to only the area away from the edge portion (17E) of the circuit board (17) in the housing (60), and the distance between the edge portion (17E) of the circuit board (17) and the output terminal (70) is long, thereby resulting in a high anti-leakage effect.
