A functional belt is provided to cause an interest because a rotary unit is rotated when a length of a waist band is changed, so as to maximize an exercising effect, and more to create various effects by using a rotation force of the rotary unit as a power source. A functional belt includes: a buckle(110), having a buckle body(120) and a rotary unit(140) which is arranged inside the buckle body; and a waist band, which is connected to the rotary body through both sides of the buckle body in such a manner that its length is adjusted so as to rotate the rotary unit, and at least one side of which is detached from the buckle body. The buckle body comprises: a main body(121), which has a mount(122), in the center of which a first, backward-projected central axis(124) is arranged, wherein a first fastener(126), connected to one side of the waist band is arranged in one side of the main body, and wherein a second fastener(128), connected to the other side of the waist band, is arranged in the other side of the main body; and a cover(130), having a second central axis(132), and attached to a rear side of the main body. |
