<p>The device according to the invention comprises a base support (10) at one end of a boom (11) with an actuator member (12) arranged and actuated in order to perform an actuation movement with respect to a longitudinal shaft (3) of the boom. In said base support (10) there is mounted at least one comb (13a) for a first oscillating movement with respect to at least one first shaft (1a), and this first shaft (1a) is mounted on said base support (10) in order to perform a second oscillating movement with respect to a second shaft (2a) supported in a fixed position. A movement-transmission mechanism (14) arranged in connection with the actuator member (12) and with said first shaft (1a) is adapted to convert the actuation movement of the actuator member (12) into a combined oscillating movement of the comb (13a) with respect to the first and second shafts (1a, 2a) that is composed of said first and second oscillating movements.</p> |
