摘要 A pixel circuit of an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) device are provided to compensate for the difference of the threshold voltage of driving transistors by supplying proper currents to an OLED based on sampling on the threshold voltage of the driving transistors. A pixel circuit of an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) device includes first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth transistors(T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6), and first and second capacitors(C1,C2). The first transistor supplies driving currents to an OLED through the third transistor in response to an illumination signal. The second transistor compensates for the difference of the threshold voltage of the first transistor. The fourth and sixth transistors transmit data signals to a gate of the first transistor. The fifth transistor transmits reference voltages to the gate of the first transistor. The first capacitor stores data signals supplied to the gate of the first transistor through the sixth transistor. The second capacitor stores the reference and data voltages, and transmits the stored voltages to the gate of the first transistor.
