A jig for determining node location of an automatic guided vehicle is provided to minimize measurement error and to improve convenience and to reduce work time. A jig for determining node location of an automatic guided vehicle comprises a mounting unit(410) detachably mounted on a loader including a mark plate(401), a horizontal distance determining unit(420) extended vertically from the mounting unit for determining a horizontal distance from the mark plate. The mounting unit includes a center unit(411), a left hook(412) provided at the left of the horizontal distance determining unit and hooked to the upper end of the mark plate and a right hook(413) provided at the right of the horizontal distance determining unit and hooked to the upper end of the mark plate.
