Provided is a power supply control circuit capable of reducing a leak current and a power consumption by building a power supply control system on a circuit so as to supply power only to an operation block. The power supply control circuit is arranged on a semiconductor integrated circuit including: a buffer unit of an operation block which inputs input data and a Valid signal indicating whether the input data is valid data and holds the input data if it is valid; a logic unit of the operation block which executes an operation process by using accumulated data when the number of accumulated data held in the buffer has reached a predetermined number and outputs the Valid signal indicating whether the output data after the operation process and the output data are valid; and a power supply switch control unit which controls a switch unit of the operation block to turn ON/OFF the power supply so that power is supplied before the logic unit executes an operation process.
