A bracket and a signal lamp having the bracket are provided to improve the visibility of drivers or walkers by preventing brightness difference in illumination areas. A signal lamp having the bracket includes a connecting member(21), a fastener(25), and a coupling member. The connecting member includes a supporting part at the end. The fastener includes a coupling part and a signal lamp mounting part. The coupling part having a long hole is formed to be rotated by a first hinge at the supporting part. The signal lamp mounting part is formed at the end of the coupling part. The coupling member fixes the rotation position of the coupling part by inserting through a long hole and a through hole which is formed at the supporting part within a rotation range of the long hole. |
