A surgical operation cassette equipped with top and bottom clamping device is provided to reduce the width of operation console designed for receiving an operation cassette by reducing the width of operation cassette and to allow advantages obtained by avoiding clamping within the region used for a fluid level detecting sensor. A surgical operation cassette(150) equipped with top and bottom clamping device includes: a body part(155) interfaced with the first side part including a console for operation, which has at least a part of fluid control system for a surgical operation and forms 3 sections such as an operation console interface section(170), an intermediate section(175), and a supporting plate(180); the first clamping parts(160,165) projected from the top side of the body part, which is in contact with the first clamp rail on the second side part; and the second clamping part projected from the bottom side of the body part, which is in contact with the second clamp rail on the second side part.
