A PCB having a test point is provided to perform a test without damaging a taping treated liquid crystal display. A PCB includes a data PCB output pad(50), test points, and a circuit board. The data PCB output pad is electrically connected to a data TCP(Tape Carrier Package) input pad(60) which is connected to input pad lines diverged from a data drive IC. The test points are ends of the lines extended from first and last pins of the data PCB output pad, and are electrically connected to the test line diverged from the data drive IC. The circuit board has the data PCB output pad and the test points.
