A peeling composition is provided to remove waste materials and keratin without side effects, promote blood circulation and help the regeneration of cells by soothing skin. A composition for peeling comprises 15-25 wt.% of Equisetum arvense, 10-20 wt.% of Poria cocos Wolf, 10-20 wt.% of Bombycis corpus, 0.2-1 wt.% of Houttuynia cordata, 15-25 wt.% of Saururus chinensis, and 25-35 wt.% of sulfur.
