<p>A photocatalyst coated supporter and method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The method for manufacturing a photocatalyst supporter comprises a step in which a titanium wire is processed, passing through a coil spring processing machine, for thereby manufacturing a coil spring shaped supporter which is able to increase a surface area; a washing step in which a lubricant applied on the surface of the coil spring shaped supporter is removed; a sanding step in which a sanding work is performed on an outer surface of the supporter so that the surface area of the coil spring shaped supporter increases; an acid washing step in which the coil spring shaped supporter is washed with a HF and HN03 solution and is washed with water and then is dried for removing a foreign substance such as an oxide film or oil from the surface of the sand-processed coil spring shaped titanium supporter; and an oxidation step in which the coil spring shaped supporter is contacted with the air or oxygen at 200-800°C for thereby forming an oxide titanium layer on the surface of the supporter.</p> |
