METHOD FOR IMPULSIVELY, SELECTIVELY AND RECIRCULATINGLY SPRAYING LIQUID AND A DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT SAID METHOD

The invention related to spraying liquid in production processes requiring formation of a spray plume which is homogeneous in speed and in the particle size of a sprayed liquid and can be used in furnace arrangements, in internal combustion engines, in the food and chemical industries. The invention makes it possible to obtain a spray plume which is more homogeneous in speed and in the particle size of a sprayable liquid by removing high-speed coarse and slow-speed fine particles therefrom. The spraying process is carried out in a pulse manner and is supplemented by an impulsive process for taking off the fragments of the spray plume in suchaway that particles of sprayed liquid are retained and returnable for re-spraying in the form of accumulated liquid. The impulsive spraying method is synchronised with the impulsive method for taking off the fragments from the spray plum. The inventive device is provided with a device for synchronising the operation of a device for impulsively supplying compressed pumped liquid with the operation of a flow distributer which is located and embodied in such a way that it makes it possible to impulsively switching the spraying plume towards the particle accumulator connected to a tank containing sprayable liquid.
