A medical laser hand piece tip assembly of cooling air is provided to make a flow of the cooling air be easy by forming the hand piece tip in a cylindrical shape. A medical laser hand piece mounted on a top end of the hand piece body in a medical laser hand piece tip assembly of cooling air includes an inner wall(110), an outer wall(120), a cooling air inflow hole(130), and at least one cooling air emitting hole(140). The hand piece tip is formed in a double wall structure of the inner wall and the outer wall. The cooling air inflow hole is formed on a tope side of the outer wall. The cooling air emitting hole is formed in a lower side of the outer wall so as to flow out the cooling air which flowed through the cooling air inflow hole and guided by a cooling air providing path(L1) formed by the inner and outer walls.
