<p>An adhesive sheet (2) for dicing a glass substrate (G) comprises a base film (1) and an adhesive layer (2) arranged on the base film (1), wherein the base film (1) has a thickness of 130 mu m or more and a tensile modulus of 1 GPa or more, and the adhesive layer (2) has a thickness of 9 mu m or less.
