<p>The cylinder (10) has a lever holder (26) disposed on an upper side of a cylinder tube (12). The holder rotatably supports a lever (30) through a predetermined angle. A spring produces a repulsive force such that a lock pawl is urged toward a lock pin when the lock pin engages with a lock mechanism, and a bracket is rotationally displaced by the lock pin against the repulsive force of the spring when an external force is applied to the lever in a direction opposite to the transport direction of a workpiece. A damper mechanism (24) is attached to and detached from the stopper cylinder.</p>
