An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to reduce short of a COF(Circuit On Film) or TCP(Tape Carrier Package) by reducing tension and loads of the COF or TCP by reducing a distance between an LC panel and a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) by forming a stepped surface, for coupling the PCB, in a support main. An LCD comprises an LC panel(110), a PCB(112), a support main(127) and a COF(111) or TCP. In the PCB, a driving circuit for driving the LC panel is mounted. The support main supports the LC panel. In the support main, a stepped surface coupled with the PCB is formed. The COF or TCP is bent to the outside of the support main and connects the LC panel with the PCB. One side of the COF or TCP is attached to the LC panel, and the other side is attached to the PCB. |
