A substrate for a flexible display is provided to help dealing of an adhesive by using an adhesive including material with heat expansion below 30ppm/degree, prevent the adhesive from being bent by process heat and prevent a flexible substrate from being bent by effects of the adhesive. On a flexible substrate(33), devices and lines are formed. A rigid substrate(31) supports the flexible substrate. An adhesive adhere the rigid and flexible substrates between the rigid and flexible substrates. The adhesive includes intermediate material having heat expansion below 30ppm/degree, a first adhesive(23a) attached to one side of the intermediate material(21), and a second adhesive(23b) attached to the other side of the intermediate material and having adhesion different from the first adhesive. |
