<p>An electric heating device is provided to convert electric energy into heat energy and transmit heat output more than 10kW by forming four PTC heating elements received in a heating chamber. An electric heating device comprises a housing(4), an inlet(6), and an outlet(8). The housing receives a predetermined medium and has an separating wall(12) separating the housing by the medium through which a circulation chamber and a heating chamber(14) having an electric heating element(18) stream. The inlet supplies the medium to the circulation chamber. The outlet induces the heated medium to the outside of the circulation chamber.
