A system, an apparatus and a method for providing a combination of customizable functions are provided to combine functions satisfying the request of a user and install the function combination in a target device. A system for providing a combination of customizable functions includes a function providing server(210), a function combining and editing device(220), and a function execution device(230). The function providing server stores available functions and enables inquiry or download of the stored functions. The function combining and editing device receives the functions, combines the received functions and transmits the combined function. The function execution device receives and executes the combined function.
