A method for quality control of a database is provided to control the quality of a database on the basis of a database quality control framework to maintain a high-quality database within a short time and at low cost and prevent mistakes and errors generated in a database quality control process in stages. A predetermined highest information board module(205) establishes a predetermined quality control policy for database quality control. A predetermined data administrator module(305) defines standard data, model data, management data and work data corresponding to a database according to the quality control policy. A predetermined modeller module(405) defines a concept data model, a data reference model, a logic data model and a physical data model corresponding to the database according to the quality control policy. The modeller module defines a data standard management process, a request management process, a data model management process, a data flow management process, a database management process and a data utilization management process corresponding to the database according to the quality control policy. A database administrator module(505) generates a database including the standard data, the model data, the management data, the work data, the concept data model, the data reference model, the logic data model, the physical data model, and a data structure including database information and user view information. A predetermined user module(605) manages the work data and user view corresponding to the database according to the data utilization management process.
