Operation of an artificial intelligent boiler by measuring difference between indoor and outdoor temperatures is provided to prevent fuel from being wasted unnecessarily by using one sensor. Operation of an artificial intelligent boiler by measuring difference between indoor and outdoor temperatures includes the steps of: sensing indoor temperatures and outdoor temperature by using a sensor; calculating how fast the indoor temperature lowers with the sensor storing a property value with regard to material of an indoor wall; and running a boiler so that the indoor temperature rises to a predetermined temperature.
