OVER DRIVING CONTROL CIRCUIT

An over driving control circuit is provided to improve the stability of a chip by decreasing a core voltage by not performing over driving operation during auto refresh operation except normal write/read operation. An activation control part(100) outputs a control signal to control active state of a sense amplifier by receiving an enable signal enabled during active operation and an auto refresh enable signal enabled during auto refresh operation. A driving control part(200) outputs a sense amplifier driving signal to perform over-driving control of a sensing line of the sense amplifier according to the active state of the control signal. A sensing enable control part(300) controls the sense amplifier driving signal into an inactive state when the auto refresh signal is activated, by assembling the auto refresh enable signal and the sense amplifier driving signal applied from the driving control part.
