A device for plating a bus duct contact portion is provided to improve operation efficiency by performing a plating process by a semi-automatic method from a material conveying process to a plating process and to prevent a loss of an insulating resin coated portion by supplying coolant when heating a plated portion by a heating torch. A device for plating a bus duct contact portion comprises a base(110), a supporting frame(120), a conveying unit(130), a motor(140), a fixed frame(150), a heating torch(160), a coolant line(170), and a control unit(180). The supporting frame is positioned along a longitudinal direction of the base to be faced at an upper end and connected with an upper surface of the base. The conveying unit includes plural conveying rollers(131) and a belt(132). The plural conveying rollers are installed at both sides of the supporting frame. The belt is wound at the conveying roller. The motor rotates the belt of the conveying unit at one direction. One side of the fixed frame is combined with one side of the base. The fixed frame is extended and bent to an upper part of the base. The heating torch is fixed at one side of an upper end for the fixed frame to heat the bus duct contact portion which is moved along the belt of the conveying unit. The coolant line is fixed to one side of the base and extended at an upper end portion of the conveying unit. The coolant line supplies coolant to the bus duct contact portion heated by the heating torch. The control unit controls the conveying unit, the heating torch, and the coolant line.
