The cap apparatus (A) within the subject of the present invention used for transferring liquid products out of a bottle comprises a tap (2) placed in the inner part of the opening of the bottle (1 ); a movable ball (3) placed in the inner part of the tap (2) and used for preventing liquid products from passing through the tap (2) when the bottle (1 ) is in the upward position; an inner cap (4) surrounding the outer part of the bottle opening so as to include the tap (2) and the ball (3); an outer cap (5) surrounding the inner cap (4) externally, having graduation lines on it in order to adjust the amount of liquid to be transferred out of the bottle, and movable on the inner cap (4); and a movable pipette (6) fit onto the outer cap (5) and used for transferring liquids out of a bottle when it is opened. |
