A level shifter circuit of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to stabilize a DC/DC(Direct Current) converter by shifting a level shifter using voltages from a source voltage supplier. A level shifter circuit of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device includes a sampling latch(31), a level shifter(32), and a D/A(Digital to Analog) converter(33). The sampling latch samples a signal with a level received from outside. The level shifter latches the signal outputted from the sampling latch and shifts the level of the signal to a higher direction or a lower direction with respect to the level. The D/A converter converts the digital voltages outputted from the level shifter into analog voltages and outputs the converted analog voltages.
