A method for fabricating an organic semiconductor device is provided to form an organic semiconductor with a uniform thickness by leaving a changed coating layer of a predetermined thickness so that the residual portion of the coating layer becomes an organic semiconductor layer. A coating layer(40) of a liquid composition in which a material for constructing one of a plurality of organic semiconductor layers is melted or dispersed to a first solvent is formed on a target surface including the surface of a substrate(2) and the surface of other of the plurality of organic semiconductor layers. A predetermined thickness of the target surface of the coating layer is changed in quality not to be melted in a predetermined solvent containing the first solvent. The unchanged portion of the coating layer is eliminated by the predetermined solvent. An electrode is formed on the surface of the substrate and is electrically connected to the plurality of organic semiconductor layers, and the target surface is the surface of the electrode.
