A color filter substrate and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form red, green, and blue color filters in an ink-jet type, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process of the color filter. A black matrix(102) is formed on a substrate(100). A surface treatment region(102b) and a surface non-treatment region(102a) are formed on the black matrix. Red, green, and blue color filters are sequentially formed on the resultant substrate including the black matrix. An overcoat layer is formed on the resultant substrate including the red, green, and blue color filters. The red, green, and blue color filters are formed by jetting color resin in an ink-jet type. |
