A steering wheel roll connector for vehicles is provided to enable a rotation preventing unit to prevent a rotor from being rotated on a case before a steering wheel roll connector assembled, thereby maintaining neutralization of the steering wheel roll connector and preventing flow noise by improving close contact between the steering wheel roll connector and a column shaft. In a steering wheel roll connector(1), plural rotation preventing units(17), which include a spring supporter, a turn-off spring and a locking clip, are installed between a case(13) and a rotor(11) along a circumference of a through hole(15) of the rotor. On an inner circumference of the case, a locking hole(19) is formed. In a state that one side of the rotation preventing unit is inserted into the locking hole, the rotation preventing unit prevents the rotor from being rotated on the case before the rotor is installed in a column shaft through the through hole.
