A case for a small electronic appliance is provided to safely receive the electronic appliance, and to conveniently draw the electronic appliance in a one touch manner. A case for a small electronic appliance includes a body and an insert(20). The body is made of plastic, and is opened and closed in a foldable type. The insert has an electronic appliance receiving unit(22) which is formed at a bottom surface(21), an elastic unit(23) which has a front end inserted into a rear opening of the electronic appliance receiving unit and is horizontally movable by the compression and restoration by the received electronic appliance, and an operation unit(24) which is formed on the upper surface of the electronic appliance receiving unit and operates the fixing and releasing of the electronic appliance by a stopper(24a) in a one touch manner.
